This is one of the kind that begin with front leg first. Better to understand this kicking technique, you can think of doing skipping round house kick followed by round house kick in a row in the air. once you jump off the floor you should finish all two kicks at same time as you land on the floor.

SKIPPING HOP STEP
Some situations call for an actual step to taking with the rear foot in order to create proper distance to attack. The same principle applies when avoiding an attack by moving back while at the same time trying to make proper distance to counter attack. In this lesson you will learn the followings.
